Àlex Roca, an athlete of the Guardiola Sala Foundation, gave a masterclass and life lesson to all the young sports people who live at the youth academy residence of FC Barcelona, La Masia. 

Àlex, who was accompanied by his partner Mari Carme, gave a retrospective talk about his life. From his infancy with cerebral palsy to his latest sporting achievements such as the Titan Desert Race. Àlex shared his life experience and gave advice to the boys attending about how to overcome difficulties in a sporting career such as injuries and substitutions.

The talk was a great success and all the youngsters wanted their photos taken with Àlex. Afterwards, Xavi Martín, the director of La Masia presented Àlex with a commemorative t-shirt celebrating 40 years of the youth academy.
