Alain Boghossian and Aritz Aduriz were the winners of the second year of the Legends Trophy. The Frenchman won the scratch prize and the Basque won the handicap prize, just ahead of Kenneth Perez and Pep Guardiola respectively. Boghossian, the player with the lowest handicap of the competition, lived up to expectations whereas Aduriz, the only active footballer at the event, was the surprise star of the show. 

The second year of the Legends Trophy, which was held at the magnificent PGA Catalunya Resort was a great success with a stellar cast of participants. As well as those mentioned above, were the Dutch players Gullit and Ronald de Boer, the Germans Schuster and Berthold, the Italians Donadoni and Panucci, the Brazilian Donato, the Frenchman Blanc and the Norweigan Riise. Also present were friends of the Dream Team such as Salinas, Alexanco and Txiki Begiristain.
