Pep Guardiola and his family have first-hand knowledge of the suffering felt world -wide because of the Covid 19 pandemic and have therefore decided to take steps to help.

The Manchester City manager has donated a million euros to the fight against coronavirus in order to overcome the health emergency that society is currently facing due to the devastating consequences of Covid 19. 

The sum donated by the Catalan football manager to the Àngel Soler Daniel Foundation will help to purchase health equipment and materials in order to fight this disease. This foundation manages the Barcelona College of Physicians.

Recently, by the same token, the Guardiola family made a further donation to the clinical trials of the vaccine led by Dr Bonaventura Clotet and the epidemiologist Oriol Mitjà.
